Rachel Jones of Nourishing Minimalism started on her path to simplicity in 2008. She focuses on sharing her experiences and ideas with others about simple and healthful cooking and decluttering. Not only that, she is a minimalist mother with a family of eight, so balancing her minimalism with life in general is a miraculous feat. She provides wonderful guidance to the minimalist community and her blog is a resource to bookmark. She has also created several resources including 12 Months of Decluttering Worksheets, her e-book Simple Desserts, a 30 Day Guide to A Clean and Organized Home and the Living With Less Decluttering Course.
