Most people don’t have a large amount of time to dedicate to minimizing their possessions, commitments, eating habits, and other activities, at least not in one block. Taken bit by bit however, and living more simply and minimally can be doable and much less overwhelming.
For those who are just getting started, or have already done the initial simplifying of their homes and lives, there are things we can do each day in just twenty minutes to continue the simple living lifestyle, or to work towards creating one. With this in mind, I have created a series of guides that can each be completed in only 20 minutes a day, to help you get started on creating a minimalist lifestyle, or continue on with the simplifying you have already done. These guides can be used over and over on a continuing basis to create structure and rhythm in your daily life to enhance your minimalist lifestyle.

- 14 minutes of actual task time
- 2 minute refocus of efforts and affirmation
